Gas & timed shut off: Timer trips at 2.3 gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55 volts per cell before shut off. Best for deep cycle batteries

Gas & float: Timer trips at 2.3 gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55 volts per cell before dropping into indefinite float of 2.26 volts per cell. Best for deep cycle batteries that may see long periods of inactivity.

AGM: Timer trips at 2.3 gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.4 volts per cell before dropping into indefinite float of 2.26 volts per cell. Best for AGM batteries.

5. Cable (20ft Red, 20ft Black) :

Heavy duty welding cable. Very flexible (fine stranding)
This is really called Welding cable but works better than "Battery Cable" for Electric Vehicles.
Welding Cable is made with very fine copper wire & insulated with synthetic rubber. It's more flexible than battery cable, especially in cold temperatures. Welding cable is easier to route in tight spaces.

The SW180 Series of Contactors has been designed for direct current loads, particularly motors as used on larger electric vehicles such as industrial trucks, airport tractors, etc.
They have double breaking main contacts with silver alloy contact tips, which are weld resistant, hare wearing and have excellent conductivity.

8. Switch Power Cutoff - 5000amps :

Key-Operated Master Switches
Key turns 90� to instantly connect or disconnect the battery.
Key is captive in "on" position and removable in "off" position.
Incorporates flange for panel mounting from front or rear. For discreet appearance, panel mounting from rear requires only a single 7/8" diam. hole plus two mounting holes.
"Bertha" heavy-duty switch

- 500 amps continuous, 5000 amps surge, at 12 volts;
- 250 amps continuous, 2500 amps surge, at 24 volts.
- 5" long x 2-1/2" wide x 4-5/8" deep (3" deep behind panel).
