1. Place your order online or by phone (make sure to include serial number in comments section on the checkout process when ordering)
2. Send Controller to us
3. We send you the repaired controller

• Once you receive the controller back, not only will it be repaired but it will be upgraded with Curtis standard upgrades. These upgrades are being placed on newest model controllers.
• All repairs are warranted for one year from the date of service.  The warranty specifies the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials and will operate within original specifications for a period of one year from the date of service.
• This process takes at least 2 to 3 weeks

• Please be aware there is a $35.00 flat fee for shipping.

1. Before you disconnect it make a schematic or take a picture to remind you of the placement of the wires.
2. You will need to disconnect all voltage running to the controller before taking any cables off of the controller
3. Package the controller with an excess of padding and protection.
